This DVD fully explains and demonstrates how to prepare and train your horse in the long reins. Richard Hinrichs is the principal of The Institute for Classical Riding in Hanover, Germany. He has himself trained with such notables as Egon von Neindorff and and Chief Rider at the Spanish Riding School prev. Arthus Kottas.

The DVD shows how to create a positive interaction between horse and rider without the use of weight aids. A benefit to all horses in any discipline, but especially for those horses on their way to haute ecole. Some lovely photography and inspiring images. Richard is well respected for his frank and classical approach to training, and he brings a really detailed and well demonstrated training program here which is easy to understand, practical, easy to emulate. The cinematography and settings for this education are beautiful. Certainly makes you want to get out there and get busy with your horses!
