1. Horse Riding Vest in Pretty Pearl Blue.

Super sophisticated Pearl Blue small diamond quilted jacket has a water repellent moss microfiber shell and is fully lined. This princess cut jacket is flattering to the figure, and is lightweight but provides warmth for that early morning schooling session or late evening hack.

With true elegance this lovely vest is adjustable in the back and has a comfy elastic waist, which provides a super slimming fit as well as being great to wear. The zip on front is two way for flexibility and comfort when mounted, and the pockets zip closed to ensure no losing car keys in the sitting trot. Working through to develop better coordination, a more relaxed seat and an overall better physical and mental attitude through simple exercises, as demonstrated here in part by Olympic medalist Heike Kemmer, you find you have left so much tension behind you can't believe the difference when you ride your horse. Tension seems to have evaporated that you may or may not have even been aware was present, muscular blockages in both you and your horse are gone, and your muscles and those of your horse sync in a special balance. As a rider sometimes you experience a transient feeling of complete harmony and find it hard to resource it again, which naturally as you search for it disappears ever further from access as you become tense in the search process. Eckart has formulated this very easy to accomplish exercise strategy that has an immediate positive effect. In addition to working through tension issues and blockages, Eckart attacks the issues of several common rider problems with more exercises. 3. Equi-Stretch Workout for the Rider Level One Strengthening and Stretching Techniques for the Rider from professional movement instructor Dan Weltner.

Learn how to target and develop the key muscular areas you use as an equestrian during this 35 minute workout. Dan Weltner demonstrates how to work to strengthen upper body and postural muscles, how to learn pelvic isolation, how to develop a greater range of motion, gain stability in the legs, build stronger abdominal muscles and increase overall body awareness.

TheHorseStudio.com review: This workout is a smart system which provides not just a very specific routine that will aid you in your body awareness and strength for riding, but I can see a benefit for other sports too. The length of the program is perfect, because most of us can find 35 minutes to work out each day and there is an additional 5 minute pre-riding warm up which I am sure the rider will appreciate and most certainly the horse will when you mount up. Fun and effective.

The work is easy to achieve and uncomplicated but it does work very keenly the major muscle areas we use when riding. After many years of persistent work on the longe line to develop an independent seat, I can attest that these are the areas you need to focus on and that developing them this way would certainly be preferable to too much time on the longe, where the body just overtires. The plan here from Dan Weltner is obviously borne from his expertise as a world renowned professional dancer who truly understands the biomechanics of the body. His awareness of the need for increased flexibility and how to achieve it successfully and without injury evidences his dance experience and his Pilates certification. His sister Kristi Weltner Redd who has ridden and trained horses for over 30 years provides the initiative for his sojourn into the 'thinking rider' and how to develop yourself with the same attention you give to develop the horse. It is after all a partnership - so I guess it's only fair we put our effort in too. I found this workout intelligently planned and easy to complete. The work is suitable for beginner through advanced riders, and anyone returning to the sport after a hiatus will certainly appreciate this neat package approach.
