TheHorseStudio.com review: This is a very well written story that educates as it entertains. From visits by the vet to attend to Blackjack, to adventure trekking in the wildness of Vermont when a horrible fog descends wreaking havoc, to a girl's trust and love for horses, it is all here in a neat package that kids will enjoy. Splash through the story which is a lot of fun for the horse mad pre teen and the illustrations from renowned equine artist and author in her own right are just beautiful. Once again this author merits the award, national Children's Choices. Well done Ellen F. Feld. Keep them coming. Please see other titles in this series also here at The Horse Studio.
