TheHorseStudio.com copyrighted review: One of my all time favorite riders and coaches so not surprisingly I enjoyed this book. I have a copy of her previous title in my library and all Kyra DVDs. Plus I do confess to owning a fair quantity of her designer jackets and riding gear. ( Some of her fine collections are available right here at TheHorseStudio.com btw). So it may not be fair for me to review the title but I'll try to be unbiased. It's great advice! The exercises and patterns with the cones has helped me to define correct training for flying changes that work on almost every horse. Her trainers of note are extensive so her wealth of knowledge is also. They include such greats as Herbert Rehbein & Anders Lingren to name but a few. Lots of lovely photos here and some info on her horses throughout her career add a lovely personal note. Kyra is always straight to the point. She doesn't complicate matters and is succinct. Very easy to read and to learn lots from - definitely one of the best in the business so not surprisingly so repetitively successful at the top f the sport.

KYRA KYRKLUND has been at the top of world-class dressage for many years. She has trained and successfully competed 14 horses at Grand Prix standard—an outstanding achievement, which few riders could ever emulate. Her internationally known horses include Matador, Edinburg, Flyinge Amiral, Master, and Max. In her native Finland, Kyrklund has been National Dressage Champion 11 times, and she has taken part in six successive Olympic Games. She runs her own dressage center in the south of England. JYTTE LEMKOW is a former international dressage judge, an experienced rider, equestrian journalist, photographer, and commercial designer.
