This book bring a wealth of info on the use of ground pole work with so many variations and uses for different disciplines certainly not limited to training or retraining the jumper. Any trainer will love this book with it's super variety and logical use of the ground poles to enhance the horse's talent and also the rider's enjoyment of the lesson.

How to use poles to aid in the training of flying changes and how to work with the remedial issues for a spoiled horse are very interesting and helpful. Use of the poles to help with training piaffe -like steps and shoulder in, renvers and other dressage moves and all the basics of safety, tack, rider position throughout and much more here. A very good book on flatwork and well worth the read. Incorporate the work into your workout and benefit from the results. Claire's credentials speak for themselves and her Britishness comes through in the text and it is a good read. Recommended.
