I have long used Jack Meagher therapies on my athlete husband! It works brilliantly, as a routine, as a recovery and rehab aid too. Working with Pennie's book I found my horses to be very responsive and very happy. She tells you what to look out for and when so that depending on the workout you have given the horse you know where to direct your check up and attention. Very easy to follow. Instructions are explicit and tactful. Now - if only I can find someone to work on me....

Hardcover so very handy to keep in the barn - won't be long before you've memorized the exercises but in the meantime.
