TheHorseStudio.com review: A good asset for the newcomer to horses or the owner that may have relied on the boarding barn personnel for horse care and finds themselves with their horse at home - and need more education without being overwhelmed. As you would expect this vet author brings a duly cautious note and your evaluation will be steered toward the sensible option, call the vet. But understanding what is going on and becoming educated as to the causes, preventions and treatments certainly is all part of the learning curve and the book does a good job, both in text and with very good visuals of doing just that. A very helpful book that will help calm the horse owner in a crisis and even read it cover to cover, it's very good. From an awesome source too.
