Dressage Formula from Erik Herbermann with foreword to first edition from Egon von Neindorff on CD Audio. Fourth Edition. 6 CDs here in unabridged version.

This CD set is the very popular Dressage Formula narrated by the author himself. In addition to the unabridged text the CD's include brief excerpts of poetry and classical music. This is a completely revised edition and this material is as popular as ever. The passion for classical ideals and the objective observance of the traditions of the classical school are clearly represented in Erik's work.

TheHorseStudio.com review: What a great way to spend your drive time - taking Erik along with you with his calm voice and engaging material may have you taking a turn from the route to the office and heading straight to the barn. It is always a joy to be enveloped in the teachings of a trainer like Erik, who adheres with such dedication to the classical ideals. I read the book many years ago and this edition has certainly been much revised which is a definite benefit. Even if you have read the book before you may not remember it all so well and anyway at times you are ready to receive different aspects of any work. Erik covers all aspects of riding including the aesthetic, and the format is clear and concise. Very enjoyable and educational.

Erik Herbermann studied under the celebrated Egon von Neindorff ( see Egon's DVD here at TheHorseStudio.com and see if you don't then come back to purchase those red polo wraps a la Egon's yard ), Erik Herbermann's initial training before was with Patricia Salt, a student of Richard Watjen. His stalwart support of the classical ideology is apparent, and the works he suggests as additional reading are also right here at TheHorseStudio.com. So go ahead...get inspired!! Xenophon, Pluvinel, L'Hotte; Gueriniere, Steibrecht, Museler, Watjen, Burger, Oliveira and more. Plus we have Erik Herbermann's book 'Notes'.

Duration approximately 7hrs 48 minutes in CD format.
