BADMINTON 2007 HORSE TRIALS -

There is all the thrill and excitement here we've come to expect from this wonderful competition. The trials certainly were tough this year with the very hard footing causing some competitors to withdraw before cross country. So although 77 combos from 13 countries passed the Ground Jury the field was less by 22 . No worries though - the talent that remained in the competition gave the crowds the thrills they come to see. The leader board a true international blend - Britannia and Lucinda Fredericks posting an awesome dressage score - our own Kim Severson kicking on and kicking ...., Andrew Nicholson and both his mounts Henry Tankerville and Lord Killinghurst ( where does he get these names from?) doing his usual exceptional job, Andreas Dibbowski and FRH Serve Well, Joe Meyer and Snip, Hide and Seek II with Sarah Cohen, Matt Ryan and Bonza Katoomba, Hinrich Romeike and Marius Voigt-Logistik, Peter Thomsen and The Ghost of Hamish. There is extensive cross country action shown plus dressage highlights and the entire jumping round of the winning rider plus final jumping round highlights.

Awe inspiring, nerve wracking stuff here....great fun.
