Training and Riding the Baroque Horse. Part 4. Renaissance to Baroque.
810036
The previous DVD in this series explained well how the baroque training fits in historically and this DVD builds your knowledge through a detailed demonstration of renaissance riding and training. Fascinating and educational.

This specific training is demonstrated by Christin and Wolfgang Kirschke who provide "The Living Horse Museum" which is their study of art of horse riding during the 15th to 17th centuries. There are demonstrations of them training, their spectacular exhibitions, and the inclusion of the lost and perhaps forgotten arts of Falkade, Mezair, Passade and mounted passages at arms. A real education that brings a lot of history of the horse in a very enjoyable and understandable format.

This DVD is 45 minutes long. Some lovely photography and inspiring images. A Note: There are 6 DVDs in this series and are available at thehorsestudio.com as well as a discounted offer for the full set.

NTSC North America/Canada format. Please note this DVD production contains historical footage and you may need to adjust the volume during play. This is normal and an element of the production house.
