This is 125 minutes of excellent advice that takes the rider through several key elements that will change how the rider uses their body to effect better transitions, improve balance and improve their suppleness and flexibility. Drawing from the work and training of her legendary father, Lars Sederholm, Tina engages you with her frank and easygoing nature and takes you into exercises for both two point position and sitting work.

She corrects issues of the position of the pelvis during sitting work, shows you how to keep the contact with the horse's mouth elastic throughout all movements. Working with legs away, coordination exercises for better aids and communication with the horse as well as showing every rider how to check their seat as they progress in their riding, whether they are novice or more advanced.
