The work of the seat and the classical techniques that help any rider of any discipline are taught here. Julie takes you through turns and transitions and shows you in detail how to correctly coordinate all your aids. Sometimes we are not as body aware as we think we are - and Julie does a good job of helping the rider isolate the different aids and then put them together and see the benefits.
