Mary has a wealth of experience and she guides your hands with a logical, clear cut approach to the art of muscle massage. Massage will almost certainly improve the performance of your horse. Come to think of it, have a massage yourself and see how that also helps your riding.

Mary takes you through the main areas to apply massage, demonstrates in step by step fashion just how to massage and what points to avoid and which to work more gently. Magnetism is also a part of Mary's expert experience and she shares the key areas for that too. Once you have learned the individual strokes for the optimum benefit of the massage therapy, you are taken through a combination session to provide a full conditioning plan for your horse. Finally Mary takes demonstrates how to use passive stretches to improve mobility in your horse. Mary's work is highly regarded worldwide, and her British accent and kind demeanor make this DVD pleasurable to watch. A super DVD for the beginner who wants to learn good basics for this therapy.
