This is volume 3 in Ingrid's series on basic training of the riding horse. The DVD program is broken down into the same four parts, dressage, pole work, jumping and cross country.

Dressage work covered includes lateral movement, development of the flying change, collection exercises, curb bit work, dressage in open country amongst many other details.

Pole work includes cavaletti, gymnastics, circle jumping, improvement of flexibility and cadence.

Jumping includes jump gymnastics, circle jumping, narrow jumps, turns and distances plus parcour jumping.

Cross-country embraces canter/gallop training on hillsides, a series of fences and obstacles and jumping into water and the infamous drop jumps.

Ingrid Klimke: The Olympic and World Champion follows in the tracks of her famous father, the dressage legend Dr Reiner Klimke. She is the only professional rider in the world who rides successfully at international level in both dressage and jumping.
