Anna Twinney is a world renowned and respected natural horsemanship clinician and animal communicator and intuitive healer. It is no surprise then to find this DVD to be a great resource for building trust with your horse. This two way street of equestrianism is sometimes navigated by even the most experienced riders with some unnecessary issues and Anna explains how to work with your horse, not with force but with true communication.

Don't be afraid of long lining and don't miss out on learning how to do it. It really does promote progress in your horse training and this method of riding from the ground is not so difficult to learn. Anna teaches you how to teach your horse to take direction before you ride, to become a more balanced and confident horse, to introduce your horse to bit pressure to prepare them for their first rider. It is also very useful to bring a horse back into work after injury without the weight of the rider, or to introduce a sour horse to the work ethic or take the edge off an excitable horse before you sit on it.

A blend of classical and modern approaches, Anna always brings a nuance of all disciplines to her instruction. While traditional dressage masters have always understood the value of the long line, many other riders have misunderstood or shied away from it.
