This is DVD 1 from the acclaimed Sally Swift on Centered Riding. A requirement of all good riders is knowledge of inner self and being body aware. With her wonderful philosophy and simple and east to follow teaching methods, Sally Swift brings phrases such as 'soft eyes' and breathing and general body awareness to the rider. Sally covers the basic concepts, showing the relationship between the rider the motion of the horse. If you haven't held the 'birds' in your hand or learned how much better your riding is with 'soft eyes' or adopted some of the other visual road marks that Sally provides on the journey to better riding then you are missing out. The result of the exercises is a happier rider and a happier horse.
