This is DVD 2 from the acclaimed Sally Swift on Centered Riding. A requirement of all good riders is knowledge of inner self and being body aware. With her wonderful philosophy and simple and east to follow teaching methods, Sally Swift brings phrases such as 'soft eyes' and breathing and general body awareness to the rider. In this DVD 2 of 2, we also offer part one.

Sally covers the application of the already learned techniques in VOl 1, to the sitting trot, canter work and lateral work and then jumping. If you haven't held the 'birds' in your hand or learned how much better your riding is with 'soft eyes' or adopted some of the other visual road marks that Sally provides on the journey to better riding then you are missing out. The result of the exercises is a happier rider and a happier horse. Better riding equals a sounder horse too so it's worth exploring the world of centered riding as part of a foundation or building block in any discipline, not just dressage.
