TheHorseStudio.com review: When you begin training your colt or filly it's a great asset if you already have lots of experience under your belt and know exactly what you need to do for each individual horse to culture and develop a great horse. Well - many of us just don't have the answers or clear direction. Luckily Al Dunning is here to generously share his wealth of knowledge and this DVD certainly brings home the bacon.

Al takes you through a day to day process as he works horses at his ranch and guides you through starting a youngster from the basic groundwork and round pen work and developing the horse as a two year old. In Disc 2 he takes you through developing the horse to the next level, and ultimately getting the horse ready to compete. Stops spins lead changes and some additional bonus footage is included.Each step is broken down in a kind and thoughtful manner and the individual horse is assessed for his strong and weak points along the way. The flexibility of the trainer to make slight adjustments throughout training is apparent. Al Dunning always speaks in a clear and fluent manner and an added dry wit brings you happily through the process. Highly recommended.
