Linda Benedik takes the rider through hatha yoga with riding to improve balance, breathing and their performance. There is rider groundwork, which is a gentle flow style yoga routine to practice at home anytime. Followed by a rider warmup where she demonstrates how you can practice yoga at the stables. Center, stretch and release tension before you mount your horse.

The mounted yoga workout, a moving meditation at the walk. You don't need any yoga experience or age group specific to use the program and it will improve your seat on the horse and enhance your daily life. We also have Vol 2 in this series and sell it as a set. Plus we also have the book.
