Returns

With the exception of sale items (indicated by red tag signs) and special/custom orders and orders on books, software, Bits and DVDs which are non refundable and non returnable, you may return any item within 15 days of receipt provided it is unused, in original packaging and in original condition suitable for resale. You will need to contact us at customerservice@thehorsestudio.com for a return authorization number (RMA). Please return the product with your receipt, a short note of explanation. We do not refund shipping fees or insurance fees. The shipment to us should be insured, prepaid and well packaged. Please note the RMA on the side of the carton to expedite processing.

We reserve the right to refuse shipments without an RMA. On receipt of item in accordance with above conditions, we will refund your original used credit card or issue a store credit for the item cost. You can also request an exchange for a different size if it is available. The choice is yours. We reserve the right to refuse any item return made after 15 days and any refund issued at that time may be issued at our discretion but a restocking fee of 15% of original item cost may be charged. Items are not returnable after 45 days. If you have received a free item with your order it must also be returned. Items not received in re-saleable condition with tags will not be refunded. Items returned after 15 days without authorization or items not in re-saleable condition may not be accepted and reshipping fees will apply for return of item to you.

If you have a query on a charge from us on your credit card statement please contact us first via email before contacting the credit card company so we may resolve the issue immediately.

Our physical address for returns with UPS/FED EX ( must have return authorization clearly marked on the carton) is: The Horse Studio Inc, 385 Blackberry Street, Stamford, NY 12167. Note: No mail is received at this address. USPS returns to The Horse Studio Inc, PO Box 404, Stamford NY 12167 with RMA number.

International Orders

Due to the high cost of international shipping, we do not accecpt returns on non-USA shipments

Warranties

Any defective product must be handled under the manufacturers warranty policies and guidelines. As tack items are subject to proper care and use, these items are warrantied free from any manufacturing defect for a period of 15 days from date of purchase. For apparel and fabric products, washing instructions should be carefully followed to avoid unnecessary shrinkage or damage to the product. All preprinted wear requires washing on cold wash, and should be turned inside out before placing in machine to avoid wear on design, and tumble dried low or air dry as appropriate. Damages/Shortages

Our shipping department is very proud of their high quality packaging and accuracy, and low claim record. However, we realize that however hard we try to avoid them, damages may occur. Please contact delivering carrier immediately and save all packing materials for inspection, and notify us at customerservice@thehorsestudio.com as soon as possible. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
