An important training aid as it protects the mouth of the horse from the errant pulls on the lunge (longe) line. The sensitivity of the mouth should always be preserved especially young horses who will learn their lessons in a more relaxed manner when a cavesson is utilized.

This is a nylon cavesson which will provide excellent durability and is light for the horse to wear. It is well padded to protect the bridge over the nose and the rings are well placed to provide a good fit. Many cavessons lack this amount of adjustability. You can adjust the chin, the throat latch as well as the headpiece. The hardware is excellent quality. Plus the nylon is extremely durable.
