With the exception of red tag sale items where all sales are final and special/custom orders and orders on books, software, bits, jewelry, undergarments, original artwork, ornaments, antiques and collectibles, cards and DVDs which are non refundable and non returnable, you may return any item within 15 days of receipt, which is extended on non red tag apparel items to Dec 31st for all apparel orders placed between Nov 20th and December 15th, provided it is unused, in original packaging and in original condition suitable for resale. Note that items marked by the green 'super sale' icon are returnable for exchange, store credit or full refund with the exception of those products detailed above and subject to general return guidelines and time frames issued below. You will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number (RMA). Please return the product with your receipt, a short note of explanation. We do not refund original shipping fees or insurance fees. The shipment to us should be insured, prepaid and well packaged. Please note the RMA on the side of the carton to expedite processing. We reserve the right to refuse shipments without an RMA. On receipt of item in accordance with above conditions, we will refund your original used credit card or issue a store credit for the item cost. You can also request an exchange for a different size if it is available. The choice is yours. We reserve the right to refuse any item return made after 15 days and any refund issued at that time may be issued at our discretion but a restocking fee of 15% of original item cost may be charged. Items are not returnable after 45 days. If you have received a free item with your order it must also be returned. Items not received in re-saleable condition with tags will not be refunded. Items returned after 15 days without authorization or items not in re-saleable condition may not be accepted and reshipping fees will apply for return of item to you. Any defective product must be handled under the manufacturers warranty policies and guidelines. As tack items are subject to proper care and use, these items are warrantied free from any manufacturing defect for a period of 15 days from date of purchase. For apparel and fabric products, washing instructions should be carefully followed to avoid unnecessary shrinkage or damage to the product. All preprinted wear requires washing on cold wash, and should be turned inside out before placing in machine to avoid wear on design, and tumble dried low or air dry as appropriate. Our shipping department is very proud of their high quality packaging and accuracy, and low claim record. However, we realize that however hard we try to avoid them, damages may occur. Please contact delivering carrier immediately and save all packing materials for inspection, and notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
Duplicate Orders & Cancellations
In the event a duplicate order is made in error by the purchaser, and the purchaser then wishes to cancel the duplicate order, The Horse Studio Inc., reserves the right to charge said purchaser for the credit card fees that may apply to the duplicate transaction. While the seller, The Horse Studio Inc., will make an effort to contact the purchaser before a duplicate order is shipped to ascertain whether said purchaser made an error, it is the full responsibility of the purchaser to pay for any such goods as purchased. Such contact will be made via email. If no answer is received from the buyer within 24 hrs the order will be shipped. All return policies apply to all orders, including duplicate orders. In the event an order is canceled after placement and before shipment has been effected, The Horse Studio Inc., reserves the right to charge credit card fees to the purchaser.
