The importance of fit of the saddle is paramount so we've added a few DVD's here to help you. The saddles we sell have been extensively reviewed for fit and design, leather quality, stitching quality and function. We have a specific saddle fit policy. Please see below.
Saddles purchased may be returned. However, your credit card will be charged for the purchase in the full amount plus shipping fee additional for the weight and packing as per below. If you decide you might want to return the saddle then you need to be very careful to use socks over your leathers to prevent any scratching of the saddle, no zipper coats to rub the pommel and be kind in not overusing it. If you do want to return please follow our return policy RMA number required. On receipt of saddle in the original and fully resaleable condition you will be refunded the cost of the saddle less 10% restocking fee. If you have any questions please contact us via email.
